Davidson Homes works closely with clients to establish a preliminary budget and construction footprint based on the property layout. Clients then meet and collaborate with one of Davidson Homes’ preferred architects to generate floor plans and elevations, ensuring the design aligns with both functional needs and aesthetic preferences.

Prior to plans being converted into a full set of construction documents, Davidson Homes confirms project costs and prepares detailed specifications, allowances, and a construction timeline. The team coordinates with architects and engineers to produce a complete set of stamped construction plans, manages the bidding process with trusted contractors and suppliers, and assembles all necessary contract documents for client approval.

Davidson Homes also handles the entire permitting process, submitting plans and securing approvals from the appropriate local authorities. During construction, the team oversees all activities and conducts scheduled walkthroughs with clients at key milestones. Upon completion, and after the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, clients are welcomed into their new home!
