David oversees residential and commercial construction projects from initial planning and budgeting through final completion, ensuring each phase runs smoothly and efficiently. He manages daily job site operations, maintains high standards of quality, and coordinates schedules and meetings with customers and vendors to keep every project organized and on track.

STacy Heise
Stacy oversees Davidson’s marketing, brand image, and product selection, ensuring a cohesive vision across the company’s projects and communications. She also contributes creative design direction for residential builds, helping shape the look and feel of each home.
